Because their chronology of Doctor Who episodes is WRONG. All WRONG. They are missing a two specials, and unless you know Doctor Who well enough, you wouldn’t know that they separated the specials from the episode chronology. It’s BULLSHIT I tell you, BULLSHIT!!!

I can only assume they mean the all too important special “The End of Time Parts 1 and 2” which are Tennant’s final moments as everyone’s favorite Time Lord.
